Agenda

The Ceremony

The ceremony will be held at the Parkwood Estate in Oshawa. Please arrive by 1:00pm in preparation for the beginning of the ceremony at 2:00pm. A group photo will be taken at 4:00pm near the fountains.

The Reception

Save the date! Join us on August 21, 2026

The reception will take place in the Arthur's venue at Robert McLaughlin Gallery, about a 5 minute drive from the Parkwood Estate. Appetizers will be served at 5:30pm.

Limited free parking will be available at the Parkwood Estate. Parking at Lakeridge Health is a 2 minute walk away, and is available for overflow parking at a daily maximum rate of $17.40.

Onsite parking at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery is free and can accommodate all guests.

The TownPlace Suites by Mariotte in Oshawa have been blocked reserved for our event. Please click here to reserve should you require accommodations.

This wedding is formal attire only.
